We invite our subscribers to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each subscriber abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on. Terms of Use
- Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
- Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.
- No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.
- Please use your own name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.
- Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.

Cross Stitch and Embroidery designs are considered "software" and are covered under federal laws just like any other software program. Copying software programs is illegal and punishable by civil and criminal laws. Because of this, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for any activities related to "sharing" of cross stitch or embroidery designs. Any person involved in illegal activities on our site is subject to having their membership terminated with no refund and possible prosecution. We willingly cooperate fully with any law enforcement agencies asking for information in prosecuting software piracy.
Copyright Compliance and Complaints
Except in limited instances under authorized agreements, we purchase product from various suppliers that claim to have sufficient rights to allow us to display and sell the products on the site.
Upon receipt of any bona fide claim of infringement, or upon becoming aware of any actual or alleged infringement by any other means, we will remove such actual or alleged infringing products from this site pending our investigation.
We honour the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied or used on this site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us.
Use of Designs
You may use our designs and patterns for stitching products you are producing for pleasure, gift or for sale, provided that items produced for sale do not exceed a quantity of 250 units.
If you want to produce more than 250 units using any one design, you must contact us and you may be granted a license for that purpose at our discretion.
